Off being able to run 800 in 2.00 and doing 20 x 300 (1 min) @ average 49. What am I capable of running for 1500? Very little information to work out from, but roughly?

the workout is really hard. You run an 800 at 45 for 300 and then you ran 49 for 20 times. Good endurance. Even 4.00-4.05
It was horrible haha, but easy to breakdown a 300. I reckon your prediction will be about right, hopefully will run that next Saturday!

This is exactly what I would predict
Head to the track where you completed that workout, start at the 1500m start line, run 3.75 laps and see how long it takes you. Perfect indicator of your 1500 time.
