This is a guy who runs 30 mile training runs at 5:50 pace in the middle of 120 mile weeks (https://www.strava.com/activities/848635301/overview). Plus he's got decent track credentials too, sub 14 in the 5k.
He could easily go low 2:1x, and I wouldn't be surprised if he could break 2:10. I know some of you will say he's trying to avoid drug-testing at WMMs but are there any other reasons? I'd personally love to see what he could do on a fast course.
