I'm about to enter my senior season of cross country, coming off my best track season ever. I love running, I love my team, and I plan to run competitively in college, but right now I can't seem to remember that. I've just taken a couple weeks off and now need to get myself back into shape. I'm overweight at the moment and feel miserable about my lack of motivation. How can I rediscover my interest, or if nothing else at least just get up off my ass?
