A. Wilson just looks so freaking smooth. My god. Her form is like that of a major distance runner.
I wonder how she would do at the 1500 , 5k level.

Look at the D3 woman- Emily Richards! Another Nick Symmonds?
I believe that's a PR & D3 record.
Mar-ten-ez looks like she has on panties

C'mon, he did not. If the pushing and shoving in the last 100m had gone a little differently he'd be out. But part of me thinks it's not lack of ability, but rather lack of race awareness. The young gun has a devil-may-care attitude.
hutchings reporting that ajee ran a 1:56.xx TT during her time off while the beef suspension was pending. She certainly looked good negative splitting that 1:58.

How did he know? From her coach?

he didn't say (at least that I remember), he mentioned pre-race that he heard she ran a fast time but he didn't believe it so he wasn't going to mention it but after the race he said it was more believable and actually mentioned the time.
I really don't know what to make of Brazier in the semifinal. It looks like his bad final 200 was on purpose (although it was a risky move if it was), it looked like he fell back a bit and had a good finish in the last 50 meters. Again, I don't know how much of that was on purpose, he could have just been taking a break after leading for 600 and relying on a fast final kick. I wouldn't think too much of it, he has until sunday to recover. It's going to be a hell of a final.

HAHAHAAHAHAHAAHAHHHAHAHAAHA GOOD ONE
I needed that laugh.
Brazier seemed to me like he was trying to go as easy as possible and still make the final. But he doesn't have enough experience and gets it wrong tactically. If you are going to run from the front, you can't get passed going into the final turn else you are boxed in and your fate depends on how the traffic sorts itself out. If you aren't going to be in front, you need to be on the outside and poised to make a move with open space in front of you coming down the homestretch.
Shea Collinsworth with OTC and already running like one of their runners, DFL in 2:05 (just saw a Virginia tech runner ran slower, which is a feat for sure).

Brazier did not look fine. Hew as in a fine spot until they came off the final turn. You do not let the field come around you when you are in the rail. You must stay up front. He was then totally boxed as guys in front of him started to rig up. Brazier did find something in the last 50 to rally but he was fortunate to find the room tom make sure he got up there.
We've scored the contest up through the 100s.

I was going to respond, but so obvious.
Raevyn Rogers tried so hard to win that semi while Brenda was super smooth. One thing I've wondered...how the hell does Rogers have such awful form and run so fast? Her arms were all over the place. I don't get it.
This is going to be awesome.
