I don't have a track near my place and so I use my heart rate monitor which gives me audio checkpoints to determine my distance along a specific course and that's how I've been doing my "track workouts".
But because of this, I don't really know when the 400 or 800m mark arrives and so I rely on a goal pace instead of saying "I should complete this 800m in 2 minutes, etc".
Is there a way for me to isolate a custom segment on strava (like 400m or 800m) and calculate an average pace for that so that I know that i'm not running too fast/too slow?
And if not on Strava, if you guys know of other apps that would be useful! (I use a Wahoo TickrX for reference)
