You have met the try out standard but not the walk on standard.
Depends on what elevation those were run at. You wouldn't likely get a scholarship offer of any type (unless those times were run in Colorado and you are able to improve upon them during cross country or indoors). Colorado State may be an option as they have done a tremendous job of developing talent the last couple of years. They had a couple runners with PRs similar to yours become All Americans.
