In the 5km to 15km training plan in almost all the phases he lists this workout:
Sets of (2 min hard I pace, 1 min jog + 1 min hard I pace, 30 sec jog)
As it's an I-pace workout I'm assuming it meant to target vO2Max, however then why the short rest? Are vO2Max intervals supposed to 1:1?
Personally, I love this workout; I like that it's effort based and no work bout is too long.
