70mpw is a good bit, but you can probably handle it.
A week *could* look like this:
Mon AM: easy 4
Mon PM: easy 4 + strides
Tue AM: easy 4
Tue PM: 45min steady OR 25min LT
Wed PM: easy 10
Thu AM: easy 4
Thu PM: 8x1000 @ 10k pace
Fri AM: easy 4
Fri PM: easy 4 + lift session (strength)
Sat PM: easy 4 or off
Sun PM: progression 14 (easy -> mod)
With warmups and cool downs on workouts that's 65-75mpw.
Steady state for you is probably 6:15/mi
LT is probably 5:45/mi
10k pace is probably 5:25/mi
Don't do easy runs faster than 6:45/mi, preferably around 7:00/mi, and don't be ashamed to run slower.
Keep easy runs easy and hard runs moderate. It's summer, not time to kill yourself.
