I run a 5 minute mile, I have a 9 month goal to get my mile to a 4:20 is it possible, can someone help give me an idea of what phases I need to go through and when I should start speed work? I am trying to use the high milage approach to getting better, right now I am logging about 85 miles a week and I want to know If I am on the right path? Advice for training would be much needed and super helpful! Thanks :)
