I need some training advice from going sub 18 minutes in 5km. I've been training consistently for about a month (running 3 and 4 times a week) and I've done two timed races. The times of these were 19:17 and 18:54. (Last two saturdays)
My training has been very unstructured, I haven't been following a training plan. I have only been doing about 30km per week.
