I tried thyroid medication. became an olympic trials qualifier.
Indirectly because of letsrun I became a pretty successful high school coach. I read a lot of the forum throughout my own highschool and college years and I felt like I learned enough that I could coach others. My entire team has PR'd in the distances. Time to see if I was just lucky or if I really do know my stuff.
I decided to run a 5K on pure hate. It worked out well. Ran a PR and won the race. Sad thing is, I became so elated at my win that I was unable to muster up enough hate to have it occur again.
I voted for Donald Trump on pure hate. Worked out pretty well.

Never knew about Running Wharehouse before .
I've had discourse with Malmo , Ruth Wyosocki and Bill Rodgers and probably unknowingly , other famous people of the sport .
