Title says it all: height in feet and inches, and PR in your best event.
Just hit 6'0". 4:23 mile.

5'3" and 4:15:xx in the marathon
But I can run a 6 minute mile.
Too lazy to go to a track and time my splits. I think I'm a middle distance runner.
Why is your name "Fast Ass"?

5'9 150 lbs
Either my 51 400 or my 1:56 800 I don't know which is better
My name is Fast Ass because ever since I was 16 years old, I've averaged at least 400 bodyweight squats every 2 days. That used to take me at least 1-2 hours.
Now at this point of time, I can do 1000 bodyweight squats in 50 minutes. When I got into running, I trained like a long-distance runner. 70-80 miles per week and no desserts or super oily foods.
In the end, I have a very lean upper body and a ghetto booty. Factor me being 5'3" and I believe I am fit for middle distance.
5'11
52 400m
2:08 800m
4:55 mile
Said these three because I don't know what my best event is at all.
5 foot two,
Eyes of blue,
Just ran a 4:52,
And I rule 😆
