Would have been nice to hear different announcers make the call. Cox let out a whoop, but otherwise they all seemed nonplussed.

What happened to his pants.

They're saying Ingrebritsen is the mid-distance version of Usain Bolt. Surely that's a slight exaggeration?
Bolt's U17 20.13 (0.0) 200 m ranks much, much higher in all-time all-ages performance list than Ingebrigtsen's results. So yes, I would say that it's an exaggeration.

OMG what a cringeworthy for Okgabare. I'll be posting one of the GIF's that'll most definitely be on Twitter by the end of this meet.
Twitter's so mean. 😂 Look how nonchalant she is as she puts it back on.

I thought it was great how Jakob pushed the rabbit in the back with 300m to go to tell him to get out of the way.
Yeah I saw that and he almost clipped the rabbit. WTF was the rabbit thinking?

ANyone besides me pay for gold? Why in the hell am I still getting commercial breaks on gold?
It just went blank for several minutes. Normally, on gold , the ad-free channel has the international announcers and no ad breaks. Today, I'm getting the NBCSN announcers and ad breaks.
Pay or not, they are always crappy.

so any thoughts on how women are not allowed to have male pacers but a U20 race is allowed to have 23yo pacers?
similar issue or no?
They're the same sex... right?
gosh Luiza Gega looks even smaller than Allie O.
would be interesting to see them race together

Never seen that before!
They marked it where her wig hit the sand
They didn't. Did they? 😂 😂 😂
But pacers have to be entered in the race. Surely they can't be entered in a race they cannot be in. The international announcer said the pacer could not finish because he was too old to be in the race but how can he be in it at all?

There's some difference in height between Schlumpf and Gega.
Good point sir.

They are both age group world records no? So I would think it's not an exaggeration. WTF

Bending rules is something Norwegians do very well.
These American commentators are SO clueless about track. One example among others: they talked about Karoline Grovdal in the steeple for the first few minutes of the race without even knowing that she scratched. Totally unqualified. No clue who gave these guys the job. Tim Hutchins and Steve Cram are so much better. Even Ryan Fenton from flotrack, he's great with commentating.

Love a bit of Crammy.
