After Boston, sub-28 would be a good mark.
I would love to come watch. Rupp has beautiful form.
Why run a 10k this close to USA's?

What? You mean running so close behind someone--drafting--that you run into them; like he did at Boston and when he knocked Farah down in Rio? That is what is called krappy form.
Isn't this a qualifier for USA's?
he already has a qualifier for USA's and Worlds. This is nothing more than a rust buster to get the feel of a track race again before Sacramento. Going to be a glorified tempo run. He can run 28:15 and likely do 6 X a mile afterwards for a workout.
Rupp is a loser
I'd like to see him go 27:30-27:40
I wonder how that foot is doing since cortisone injections can make things worse after initially hiding the pain/problem
he might never touch that 26:44 record again with his shift to road distance

Why is Rowbury listed as unnattached in the entries?

I don't think you know what form means

Thank you for that invaluable insight.

It's definitely not Farah's elongated Kiprop-sized stride and flagrant disregard for anyone around him that causes himself and others around him to get tangled up.
Do you remember the 5,000m rounds from Rio?
It's Rupp 🙄
I hate this. The usada report comes out but it all gets swept under the rug???? Ridiculous. I would defer to Nicole blood's twitter account for what fans might need to do this weekend. We need answers.

You're spot on. Just look at how his shins and knees are scratched up after almost every race. The guy is constantly running up the back of people.
He's lucky Solinsky flew too close to the sun.

Solinsky straight up hugged the sun.

Only thing that sucks is there still no absolute proof of anything, and the same story will keep re coming out so people can talk about it.
Like Mo said, if they had anything on them why not do something? Obviously they don't have enough proof for anything.
