I have always run in brooks ghost but have recently had some problems with my foot and I think it is because the shoe is too wide. What are some good brands or shoes that are good for people with narrow feet?

Nike LunarGlide 8... Trust me
Nike. For real-I have a super narrow, rigid feet and they are the only brand I have found that works. I have ran in the Pegasus for 10+ years, but you could also try the Vomero or Lunar Glide.
The Nike pegasus is a fashion shoe, not good for running.
I've never been a huge Nike and always seen it more as a fashion shoe but I would not be opposed to trying it. Is there any other good options for narrow feet?

Ok. Its one of the top selling running shoes out there and I put a good 600-700 miles on mine and haven't been injured for years. But to each their own I guess. Many top clubs run in Nike so it can't be that bad.
Boston Boost 5 are quite narrow and work for me... I haven't tried the BB6 yet.
A kid of about 25 yelled out to me from a distance, "these are the best shoes, you should be running in these."
I was about 50 at the time and recovering from injuries. Be very careful who you listen to when it comes to running shoes!
I went with the saucony kinvara 8. Thanks for the advice
Pegasus comes in a narrow. So you can get plenty narrow if you need to go there. Unfortunately, it usually isn't stocked in narrow anymore to try on.
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
