Quick and dirty with very limited data but approximate adjustments from last weekend...
SPAC = Letch + 7 seconds
Paul Short = Letch + 14.5
Might do actual tully runners style speed ratings if i get time, but that would take the fun out of all this.

Or as RPI says, what happens in July stays in July. Keep doin' those 3k time trials fellas.
I heard every time they have a weekend off they time trial a 3k. I also heard although they are going to Houghton they will not be racing their top guys, instead they will be time trialing a 3k before the races on the course.
You don't really sound like a Sharon to me.

cross country is for squares
So the Genny course was only 400 meters? Heyoh, do the math.

Strange, a while back I also drove out to the course and brought my stick. I got exactly 8000 lengths of my dick, measuring from the center of balls to the tip, of course.
Nut sure if the intercourse has changed at all, but if it hasn't, I can assure it's legit.

Well it's what's made us faster over the past few years to be ranked better than your time instead of falling off hard in post-season.
Also, you're being fed misinformation, we're doing a workout. It's a K tempo, 3K TT, K tempo. We take our 3K TT's seriously here at RIP.

We're going to have to get confirmation from HSIYT on that one. He seems to have knowledge the rest of us dont in terms of tempos.

Who the hell dares to relese our runs like this
Props for excellent humorous posting
heard it here first, if James Bailey gets into the form he was in last year, RIT gets 3rd at regionals

RIT is trash. I doubt they will get top 15 at Regionals. Kingstedt and Bailey are soft. I can't name anyone else on their team off the top of my head. RIT is not good, end of discussion.
Houghton was an impressive showing by not only RPI’s 1st, but 2nd thru 20th, who all chose to drive five hours for one of the most awe inspiring pre-race/why am I even here workouts! Around the turns the Engineers ripped, surely practicing what is to come in six weeks time...a feat not replicable on quite literally any soccer field in the northeast. Expect those rankings to change as the coaches get together to see how RPI lost this weekend to...I must be reading this wrong...Fredonia? Either way, there seems to be some depth there. The six week jpd spike has begun!

I saw RPI doing their workout and was honestly impressed. I certainly couldn't work out that well while I watched the rest of the region race into my girlfriend's spankies. If only there was actually some competition at the race that had 4 runners break the course record, with the top man breaking the CR by 40 seconds. Maybe if there was, then the race would be worthy of the engineers' efforts, but I guess driving 5 hours to get in an amateur workout is a good use of your time too.
You seem offended. Were you beaten by their D team?

Course record was soft clearly. 3 weeks in a row of racing is a bit much. "Amateur workout" - but says is impressed? Make up your mind.

Sounds like somebody here doesn't understand the concept of 'sarcasm'.
