Hot take. Thanks for the input Fazio.
Got a point. If both the twins start running again like they did in HS RPI should have the best 1-2 punch in the region.

Oh god, c'mon man.
Anyone know what the regional course is like at Houghton?

8k give or take .2k
Loop course, all grass, start and finish next to each other, net downhill/short. About 45-60 sec faster than Letchworth.
Looks like SLU, RPI, NYU, and Geneseo are heading to the Purple Valley Classic in late September. Should be a solid race considering all the good team from out of the region that will be there.
SLU? who cares?
I'm telling you guys, this is RPIs year. O'Connor has already hit four 100+ mile weeks and is super fit. Geneseo doesn't stand a chance.
That's an understatement
Blah blah blah. Every year it's the same s hit at this time. Some dweeb is running a lot, or some goober is masturbating 5 times a day. It's July, get back to us in October when the big boys have beaver fur palms and have already cranked the gobbler twice before you've even gotten up for your 8am.

The real question is who will have the dankest flow in November. Heard Utica hasn't cut hair, shaved or showered since January. look for them to sweep the region.
RIT > RPI
I can see that. They have a worse #1 and less depth, but a tiger could totally kill an engineer.

I'd say it's more of a toss up, as Bailey finished 1 place higher than O'Connor at Nationals last year and Kingstedt was right behind him at Track Nationals. Either way RIT's top 2 should be stronger than RPI's top 2, it's what happens after those guys that is going to be the difference.
The only thing is that RIT is trash. Bailey dropped out of the 5k at their state championships in outdoor, I'm sure he will choke hard in cross. Kingstedt is a fluke.
Bailey is the nicest guy in the region. GO RIT

Yeah, Rudisha is trash too he dropped out of worlds. So is Asbel Kiprop, he finished last in
the London 2012 1500m finals. In fact, the whole Atlantic region is trash because they've all had bad performances/seasons at some point in their careers.
If Kingstedt is a fluke, then he's one hell of a fluke. I'm not sure if you can fake a 29:30 10k and a track all-american, but then again what do I know?

Don't listen to the haters Bailey! Those kids that are trashing you on here are running 100+mpw yet they cant break 27min for 8k. SAD!
