The Series includes racing a mile in every state we pass through on our road trip. Most mile races will be standard, however a few will be gimmicky (all uphill, beer mile, etc.) to make things interesting.
Today's day 1 and were just gonna run regular mile races in Pennsylvania and Illinois. Each regular mile race gives a head starts to the slower guys based on their previous race (5 seconds per place). We will be posting updates as they occur.

Time to place you're bets... Competitiors are Drew Brandon Matt and Thomas.
Thomas is a British exaggerator who's been running the past year on a torn ACL.
Drew is a 6'2" 130 lb. 400m guy who's not a distance runner cause he's lazy.
Brandon is an ex-D1 runner whose beer mile pace is faster than his marathon time.
Matt is the guy who made BQing his life mission after missing the cut off by 12s.

Here's some of the gimmicky miles we have considered...
Corn mile (Nebraska): fastest person to run a mile and eat an ear of corn
Milwaukee's best beer mile (Wisconsin): self explanatory
Uphill mile (Colorado): 1 mile up a mountain
Snow boot mile (Glacier National Park)
