So last year as a sophomore I hit a 16:45 in cross. Didn't have an all-around great season, went into track in good shape and then got injured and only hit a 10:12 in the 3200m. Last summer I did about 40-45 mpw in singles, this past winter I comsistently ran 50-55 mpw, this summer I plan on getting up to 65-70 mpw with doubles. Can I realistically drop a minute off of my 5k with increased mileage and doubling?
