Hey everyone, I dony really know if I should run or wait. I dont know if my injury is still here or not.
Dumb question but thats a real one. I got ITBS syndrom for a month so I completely stopped running during this period. Then I restarted and kept running for 2 months without any pain, but now it looks like its kind of hurting again. This time I've been more preventive and stopped running for 10 days straight to avoid this thing to beat me down one more time...dont wanna couch for months during summer.
So after these 10 days of full rest, I went for a slow, easy 5 miles jog and it went good : no pain, but I could still feel it at the end. Its hard to explain but it looks like its still hanging around me...
With summer approaching I was looking to run a lot and grab as much miles as possible to build a very good aerobic base, but this phantom pain is keeping me worried...like idk, its not hurting anymore but I still feel it. I know you know what I mean lol.
So if anyone already experienced this and have advices...dont hesitate. Any help is greatly appreciated, really. Have a nice day!
