Serious question. She went from a girl that couldn't break 15:25 and a "break through race was 31:38 to potentially being the top American at the HM and Marathon seemingly over night. She was already going extremely hard workouts and high volume so what gives? She did the best workout ever according to Salazar and that resulted in a 31:30's performance..
What new supplement or procedure is she on because progression like this isn't natural.
