First time doing track and field. I sucked at everything but the 400m. its not summer and i need some advice on how to train for the 400m. some information, I have all day 6am-8pm to train at a public track alone. i'm 13, 6ft tall. i don't have that much muscle. I weight 130, usually i weight 126. i wanna get my time down to about 1:03 my best time in the 400 is 1:12
