I'm age 19 with a PB of 1:56.89 from indoors last march. Other PRs include 16:44 5k, 27:19 8k and 4:30 in the mile. Also a 50.46 4x400 split. I haven't trained unitl this last month and I'm in around 18:00 5k shape. Am I capable of sub 1:50? What kind of training should I be moving towards? LET ME KNOW.
