So i've recently gotten back into training after a two year break due to injury. I'm high school I always considered myself more of a 3k-5k guy. My pr's are
5k: 17:30 xc
3k: 9:42
1500: 4:26
800 (open): 2:10
Normally I would consider this topic of discussion a shit post but I've been using online time calculators to see which pr is "the best" and it's very confusing.
It says that my 1500 and 800 pr are equivalent to a 16:xx 5K which seems quite fast. I realize that the calculators are just producing equivalent times, not times I should be ablessed to run, but still.
My mpw durring my prs was about 30 with two hard work outs a week. So I guess my question is am I really more of a mid d guy or are the calculators not accurate. Too me it seems much harder to run a 16 5k than a 4:25 1500m.
