Nobody would know who he is. That's why a lot of sprinters would try out for a nfl team rather than trying to compete professionally on the circuit.
I would argue that it is because we don't know the details of how the shoe contracts work since those details are not really published/advertised by either the athlete or the shoe company. We know of a few for some distance athletes but I do not recall ever hearing a sprinter announce their contractual details.
What is the percentage difference of Bolt's 100m time and Coleman's PR?
not a surefire way, but seems somewhat safe.
Take the difference and subtract it from 100 and then multiply the decimal value against Bolt's contract. Adjust for inflation as Bolt's deal was signed a while ago.
