Hi,
I'm a mid 20's male that picked up running a few months ago. My 10K PB is currently 46min for 10 the 10k.
Is it reasonable to achieve a 3hr marathon at 60 miles a week? I would be willing to up it to 65 or 70 miles, but no more.
What kind of speed workouts should I be doing?
Is it possible to achieve the kind of progress I'm referring to within a year?
