I have a trail marathon with ~7k ft of climb coming up towards the end of June. Still recovering from a road marathon this week, so I'll have partially good training next week, then I'll try to run a lot of trail the week after that. Then I will be in the Washington D.C area for the week before race week. I don't want to get soft there, and obviously there's really no hills so I'll probably doing some training on the treadmill regardless of how nice it is outside.
Anybody know some good workouts that I can do on the tready while I'm there to keep the mountain legs intact? I'll be running 60-70 mpw and the marathon I ran was a 2:58.
