I'm a former college athlete that hasn't run consistently in ~5 years. What's the best way to regain fitness?
A) Normal runs at a normal pace (30-40 min)
B) Long runs as slow as needed but for 90min+
C) Intervals like 6 x 3 min w/ rec
I know all are need for a proper program, but if you have to use one or rank them, what would be the choice of LR.
