Ran them each in 52/53, 7 minute standing recovery. It was pretty hard, what do you think that'll give? Is 1:55 possible?

Unless you completely lack endurance you should run way faster than 1:55
My RP on 400m: 50'70
My RP on 800m indoor: 1'59

Then you are a 400m guy.
I don't think that i'm a 400m Guy because my PB 400m indoor is 52'40
Help me please !!
I'm confused.
Your 400m PB is 52.4, but you ran 3x400m in 52-53? Trolling?
If you actually did 52-53 for all 3, then I would say you are in 1:53 or so shape.

He said his 400m pb is 50.70. He's only posted three short messages, it shouldn't be that hard to keep up. You apparently only saw his indoor 400.
OP: when I was running 1:57 and 50 flat, I couldn't do the workout you did. I do think you are in 1:55 shape or better.
My PB on 400 (last week) is 50 but 400 indoor (last winter) is 52..
I've done this workout yesterday, the splits:
52.8, 52.5, 53.2 with 7min rest
It's hard to know without other information.
This week, an athlete of mine ran 3 x 400 with 8 mins rest in 51.0. He's not going to run 1.52 though, because he does no aerobic work and this is as far as he runs in training. He's a 1-2-4 + hurdles guy (though did run 800s when younger).
If you want a better idea, run 4 x 400 with 3 mins rest. Your 800 capability will be about half the total of those 4, or maybe a second or two quicker. It's a top session and a good predictor.
If you want a 1.53, you'll have to average 57 or so for those 4 400s.
Yesterday I did 4x300 (with 100m walk rec) in 42sec. Can I do 1'55?
Times were: 42.2, 42.5, 42.1 and the last 41.5
Definitely 1:53 if you are a good racer.
Hey man you're at least in 1.53 shape. 100m jog rec. makes it a very indicative workout

Maybe if he did 8 - a standard session - not just 4
1'53 it's very fast..
I did 500, 300, 150 with 5min rec (the next day when i did the 4x300 workout)
The times: 1'09'50, 37'5 and 18
With 7 minutes recovery, who the hell knows. I think you'll definitely PR, and very likely run 1:54, but anything below that it's hard to predict. The thing is, with that kind of rest you could just be a very fit 400m runner, running 3-4 seconds off his PR and getting full recovery but shit endurance over 800, or a fit 800 running closer to max speed but having the endurance to hold it and recover for the next rep.
My prediction, with the PR's you gave us would be 1:54, but with the potential to go 1:50 at the fastest.
Just a couple data points for you from 2 workouts I did.
Workout #1: 500, 300, 200 with long recovery (7-8 minutes)
Ran 62, 37, 25 with rolling starts
Workout #2: 3x400 with long recovery (7-8 minutes)
Ran 53, 51, 49 with rolling starts
I was in 1:48 flat shape at the time.
What is your current mile time?
I haven't run a mile (I'm a 400/800m runner)
