This year I will be transferring to the 5k in cross country. If I get good base mileage in the summer peaking at maybe 45mpw what can I do my freshman year.
(When I ran the 11:06 I had virtually no base mileage) also since I'm probably more speed based what workouts should I focus on and what should I do this summer workout wise? Thanks.
