So, I am wondering what you all think about this and/or have any studies or articles about this...
I am not a regular marijuana user, mostly because I always found that smoking it would make me feel out of shape a few days after. However, what effects do edibles have on fitness? I am not looking to eat edibles and run a workout or race. For example, if I take edibles on a saturday night because I feel like being high, what would be the overall impact on my fitness? I assume that because I am not inhaling smoke I will be fine.
Thoughts?
