Didn't they post two of the fastest collegiate times of this year? I have to say that Knight is going to win over Fisher if it's a fast race from the start but, if it's slow I think Fisher will take it with his kick.

Excuse me?! Did you not watch Knight's Wisconsin kick?? Knight is the clear frontrunner for the W now, he has the strength to win from a fast pace, but also the speed to win it tactically.

I can't see Dressel being in the hunt whatsoever. Maybe for top 8, but certainly not for the win. His teammate Klecker is arguably better than him too. Don't sleep on Marc Scott though, he's beaten Knight a few times in cross and on the track. I think it'll be some combination of Knight, Fischer and Scott for top 3 (I personally think Knight will win).
Isn't Knight from Canada? They should make one of those bubble top USA vs. Canada foosball hockey games but about this race.

He has dual citizenship. Not sure if he was born their, maybe one of his parents were Canadian.

Fisher's kick may have been better at the Cardinal Classic. I'd suggest watching that.
Don't count out Marc Scott of Tulsa. He's beaten Knight indoors and can kick hard.
+1

Suggest watching the 2017 PAC 12's men's 1500 m final on Youtube, and watch last years 2016 XC meet at Wisconsin - then you be the judge.
On either given day of those races, perhaps no one in the NCAA could have touched their finishes.
Both are excellent runners, racers, and by the sounds of their interviews are great individuals as well.
Knight was the favorite to win the 5k before Chez got hurt. And nothing has changed, J Money is still going to it!
I'm surprised how many people still sleep on Grant, and that's with him being in a convo to win
For whatever reason I feel like something wonky is gonna happen in this race. Knight is clearly the favorite, followed closely by Fisher, but I think someone is gonna steal this thing.
Grant FISCHER IS going to take the win

If this thing goes out at 14:00 pace, it's pretty much open to anybody.

JUSTYN KNIGHT
Just watched Fisher's 1500m from PAC 12, his kicks insane!!! Still gotta favor Knight tho. I'm excited to see it.
