I ran a 4:49 1600m and 2:14 800m in my freshman year of track, which was my first year of running competitively. What do you think my progression could look throughout highschool?

It's almost impossible to predict progression like that if you came back on here at the end of your senior year I wouldn't be surprised if you were sub 4:20 in the mile, but I also wouldn't be that surprised if you never got much faster. It all depends on how you develop in high school, how dedicated you are to the sport, and how much you want to be successful.
In the last race of my freshman year, I had a breakthrough PR and ran 4:49, with an 800 PR almost the same as yours too. That summer, I got serious about running, grabbed a spot on the varsity team by running faster than the slackers, and worked hard at improving every season until I graduated. I broke 16:30 in the 5000,came close to 10:00 in the 3200...and never ran faster than 4:43 in the 1600. My 800 PR actually improved more than my 1600 PR. Hopefully your 1600 progress won't look like mine: 6 seconds in 3 years. It wasn't due to lack of trying.
