Let me correct myself. Centro could likely run 1400m at WR pace. I do not think he could run 1450m at record pace.

Kidding aside, Centro would have to be on EPO and who knows what else, just like El G and Lagat were, or Kiprop (remember how Aden's arrest was throwing him off? hah)
Centro can run mid high 3:29s in the right race.
