Bump!
It depends... what is your current shape? PRs? Age/Sex?
It could take a couple months or a year depending on your overall training and how much pre existing talent you have. Some people have more strength over speed and vice versa. A 4:44 for a girl would be one of the top times in the nation. Some guys can run that same time after only a month or so of training. Running 5 miles a day at 7:40 pace doesn't give much indication other than that you seem motivated and can handle 35mpw.
I ran 17:56 back in december for a 5k. However I took time off and started up again in early march. I ran 5:23 in the mile and I was dead. School and work really got in the way so now I just started up again 4 weeks ago. I am a male. I'd say im in the 5:30s rn because I held 5:35 pace for .60. 7:00-7:10 pace on runs feels too tough rn for me and I just feel slow. Also when I ran 17:56 back in december that was only 1 month of training but I went hard that whole month running 70 mpw 6:40-7:00 pace.
Bumpity bump.
Do you do nothing but long runs at that kind of pace? It's good to do tempos and long runs at a solid pace, but having another portion of your mileage from speed work, intervals, and easy runs can make all the difference, especially if you want to improve your speed for the mile and two mile.
Based on what you have provided it seems like you have a lot more strength than speed, so perhaps after 2 months you could reach your 5k goal, however it may take longer for your other goals unless you incorporate more speed work.
Updates?
Same guy, different geological features. Hope you're having fun.

Well, any updates on your times?
You know Island....if you just can stay healthy and no injuries it takes only 2-3 months with the magic one to be back at the great shape you had.
