If the race is a month away you could start doing some more tuneup work. I'm going to assume that your volume isn't particularly high for workouts so here's some workout ideas
1. 4 x 200 @ 5K, 3 x K @ 3:35 w/ 90s rest, 4 x 200 @ Mile
2. 3 x Mile w/ 90s rest @ 6:00, 4 x 400 @ Mile w/ 400 jog
3. 6-4-2-4-6 Ladder Workout everything w/ 2 min rest. 600s at 5K, 400s at Mile, 200s at 800, and back up
4. 8 x 400 w/ 2 mins rest @ mile
5. 5 x 500 @ 5K pace w/ 300 active jog
6. 2K @ 5K Current Pace, 5 mins rest, 1.5K @ 5K Current pace, 5 mins rest, 1K @ 5K Goal Pace, 5 mins rest, 500m all out
