Hello I'm an italian runner, and i need help.
Here are my workouts:
1000, 1000, 500 : 3'00, 2'50, 1'14 (5min rest)
3x600 (last 120 fast): 1'42, 1'36, 1'32 (2min30 rest)
3x400: 54'' (7min rest)
It's my second year of track and field (I'm 17yo).
My Indoor PR this year:
400m: 51 and 800m: 1'59
Do you think that I can do 1'52-1'53 on 800m this summer ?
If I can't, what are the times that I have to do on workouts ?
