For months I have had short burts of calf tightness, plantar fasciitis, and shin splints. All of which resolved with rest and PT work, but when I start running again eventually they find themselves coming back.
I have been doing core, strengthening, massage / graston / ART, etc, and other PT work but it seems there is still something else going on that is wrong.
I currently heel strike - could a switch to midfoot / forefoot strike help?
