If anyone has experience with gym game, what do you guys say to them then. I just need something to break the ice and i'm good from there.

Whip it out and ask them if they like "DEEZ NUTZ?"

Not in Planet Fitness you won't !!
I give them my best Arnold impression and will casually flex my biceps while I flirt with them. The gals love it and will say things like, "you must work out a lot" and "do you compete in Mr. Universe?" And one lovely ladie while glancing at my biceps told me, "you have nice pipes." 💪
Dramatically get their attention
Grab them by the pu$$y!
Bend at the knees.
Ask them about a particular exercise they are doing. Do you come here often?
What other outdoor and hobby activity they have?
Sometimes after leaving the gym they might give you an opportunity to introduce yourself and exchange numbers, personal info.
But they need to see you are nice and you move smooth in da gym. You gotta move from weights to stretch and leg days smooth as ice. Read da body language homie. You already know.
You gotta feel confident and funny in the moment you close the sale. #thirstquench #obeyyourthirst
Be good looking and they will talk to you.

I thought this was universally recognized as a no-go? Too bad there aren't any women on here to verify whether approaching women at the gym is ever a good idea... (it's not). Runners are not typical women so the sample would be kinda shitty/skewed anyway.
There is virtually no way to come across as anything better than corny, overbearing, aggressive, or creepy in this scenario. In fact I'm willing to bet that doing your own thing, smile once in a while, or maybe even seeming somewhat aloof will yield roughly the same success as trying some idiotic pick up line or trying to be a nice guy ... aka a fvcking beta just like anyone trying to give real advice in this thread.
Also this reminds me of one of jamin' tales 🤔
Where do you suggest we get high quality women, Sherlock?
Stare at their butts.

Church, Friends or Road Races are places to meet high quality women. Although most women at the gym don't want to be hit on (most are there to do their work out and leave). There are still quite a few who are looking to get hit on. Just look for the ones who did their hair and put on a bunch of make up and the matching outfits in bright colors and are slow going it on the elliptical or stationary bike.
At a bar. Concerts. Through friends is the best by far if you have any and they'll set you up or introduce you. A thousand places where people do things socially. Anywhere that women aren't basically captive "prospects" for weird men to make uncomfortable while they're doing something positive.
That's the problem with dweebs and the gym social culture. It's a place to work not lift 10% of the time and ogle women or bullshit for the other 90% like some asocial dysfunctional creep.
If this has to be explained then you're more or less hopeless my dear Watson.
The gym is ripe wifh single woman and only single woman.
Women in relationships and married let themselves go, so will not be found at the gym.
Don't even THINK about approaching anyone unless you get sustained eye contact or something else indicating they are interested in anything other than getting their workout done. Then, if you decide to break the ice, say something funny and disarming--not cheesy like wow you're in shape etc.

Bars are nighttime handouts and are hit and miss.
Commercial Concerts outdoor are nice for hanging out with people you already know but sanitary conditions are poor.
A smaller social event is best. If you know a few people you can show off your status and bae might consider getting official or having some fun.
But in shape women have to work out. And there are a lot of women who hide their lack of fitness and laziness with makeup and flattering clothes.
Yoga classes are a good bet. But you have to be pretty slim and flexible to make it. Group exercise classes are also good. I never see hot girls repeatedly at a gym. They show up only once in a while. How do they keep in shape?
The best bet is to have thousands of friends.

In my experience you gotta have a nice car. Once a girl sees a deadbeat car that is dirty inside the mission is aborted. A nice car helps with confidence. You also need to wear nice clothing.
First off, why has nobody said, "you put your arms under them and pick them up and carry them" or something along those lines. After all, the OP asked how do you pick up girls at the gym.
Second, the gym is the same as everywhere else. You have to talk to them. The gym is probably harder though because the girls there think every guy at the gym is a creepy perv.
