Voting for the great Dave Moorcroft - always ran like he was carrying an injury with extended stride and almost flat-footed. Arms all over the show.

Priscah Jeptoo. Knock-kneed, reallly awkward-looking back kick. Looks like a 12 min/mile shuffle.
Not sure what she's done recently but she won Chicago (& NYC?) a few years back.
Pretty much all of them, no? Just like most sports.

She has one of the wierdest running style, but it works for her anyway.
She won London and NYC in 2013.

In my area there's a local semi-elite (Oiselle-sponsored) woman who often wins second-tier marathons, sometimes wins the masters division at major events, and ran the 2008 trials. She's still pretty damn fast. But whenever I see her running I think she must have some severe injury and be in extreme pain. Not only is it inefficient, it's not even - like she's got a hitch in one side of her gait. But results don't lie, somehow she maintains high training mileage and races frequently, with great results.
Def going with Jeptoo as well. It looks like her right leg is broken when she runs. Idk how she even runs that way.

Surely you're not serious.
He ran a bit like John Walker - not very elegant and a bit quite mechanical
Some elite look like rubbish from the waist up, but from the waist down look fine (e.g. Radcliffe, Zatopek, Clayton).
