In all those Rocky movies you always see the boxers doing a lot of endurance running. How good they are do say? What times would you say those professional fit boxers can do for 5k,10k?

Boxes are really really slow.

Great question. Boxers are actually better at running than runners are! They're also stronger, and they get laid more frequently. Unfortunately for them, they are also all criminals, so they are in jail. This is the reason you won't see them competing at your local 5km, and is also the reason they are unable to woo your girlfriend. Unless of course she visits them in jail... which she does.

Chaffing
They are good ultra runners. One of the worlds most famous boxers, Rocky Balboa, ran over 30 miles during one training session for his rematch with Apollo Creed. He even had enough energy at the end to sprint up some stairs!

Amazing answers so far. Yet not even one serious answer. This doesn't surprise me. This forum is full of bored people who are wankers as well. People that actually bother to go into threads just to give a so called sarcastic answer.
Boxes are fairly bad. They fall into the category of inanimate objects. These lack limbs and a central nervous system, alongside many other anatomical requisites for running.
Boxers - overall in great condition usually. Running is often a big part of their training. Junior Middleweight and up may be a bit heavy to be quick, but welter and down....I guess many could do 18:30 for 5k, but that's a guess. They'd lack the specificity to be competitive with people whose primary sport is running, all else being equal.
You beat me to the punch

In fairness you did ask "How good are boxes at running?", that isn't really the best way to elicit serious replies but even if you had spelled it correctly the only true answer is "it depends".

And you are the worst of them sir.
Oh really? It depends? I didn't know that.
Between the word replies and the word but you should have add a comma. Bad punctuation. How do you expect people to understand you?

Between the add and the a you should have add a ed.
You have gotten some funny troll replies, but honestly, your question is pretty elementary.
Some boxers are good runners; others probably aren't. The same could probably be said for football players, swimmers, wrestlers.
Roy Jones Jr. is probably a better runner than Butterbean.
Boxes are excellent at Crossfit.
Crossfit wouldn't exist without boxes.
Do you mean women?

Between the add and the a you should have added an ed and between the a and the ed you should have added a n.
OP, I assumed you meant to add an "r" to Boxes. From my experience Boxers are decent runners, but Greyhounds are much faster.
