I have run my first year of cross country this year as a sophomore. I had relatively low physical activity prior to xc season and ended up with a Or of 19:17. This season for outdoor track I have a 5:09 in the 1600 and a 2:18 in the 800. The season is wrapping up in a couple of weeks and I would love to hear some ideas for summer cross country training. My goal is to maybe reach low 18s in the 5k.
