Seriously, it's like he has a superhero costume on, it actually literally looks inflated..? Seriously what is wrong with this picture, we all saw him do 7 marathons in 7 days 2 months ago, his arms and chest looked nothing like that.

Lol
At least he cleaned his garage.
I tried to re-embed for you, didn't work :/
Uh? lol
Those kicks are fresh as hell tho.
Yes, by the looks of that garage, I'd say those muscles are all his & well deserved. That place was a wreck!

Ryan. Don't skip leg day, bro.
Haha he looks like he's got one of those hulk/spiderman/whatever costumes that kids where at halloween on.
Realistically he probably just pounded out some bench/shoulder press/and bicep curls before taking the pic to look as big as possible. Typically only teenagers do that but thats cool i guess. His face looks pretty bloated and his stomach puffs out at the top (you can tell his sucking the lower part in) too so i don't doubt thats his actual size. Looks like he's been stuffing his face and neglecting his legs and back so his growth is pretty unproportional.
I just looked at pictures of people posing with him last week at Boston, he was no where near this big. Definitely a photoshopped picture. Also, I agree, it does appear that he has one of those hulk costumes kids rock on Halloween.
I haven't seen the pics of him in boston so i could be wrong. It doesn't look shopped to me though and his face is proportionally as puffy as his body there. Of course my brother would walk in while im looking at his chest zoomed in
Why is this clown still being sponsored? Get out so someone else actually training can get supported. I will never wear Asics shoes or drive Nissan.

Ryan has brain damage from the high amounts of lead, arsenic, and cadmium in his Muscle Milk beverage…which also causes a bloated look from water retention and facial edema.
Ryan needs to stop drinking Muscle Milk.
The guy doesn't seem to know he looks like shit these days.
