Just did 5x400 averaging 67 seconds with 2:30-3:00 rest. My current Personal Bests are 2:13/4:56/10:46, but I need 4:50/10:30 to quaulify for states this weekend. Can I hit those times?

I have run 4:54 and 2:12 and I know I could handle that workout with that much rest. Then again, I think I can run under 4:50 the next time I race, so idk if you can, but I would go for it.
Some workouts I have done:
6x600 in 1:48, 2x200 33,30, ~4:00 jog rest after 600s, 2:00 after 200s
16x200 in 34 w/ ~1:30 jog rest
3x300 in 45, 3x150 in 19 mid-high
3mi tempo in 17:50, 4x200 in 32
(About a month ago) 6x1000 in 3:26- cutting down from 3:30 to 3:24 w/ 3:00 rest
With the exception of the 1000s which are not recent I think, based on what I think I can run, that if you can run these workouts- not absolute maximal efforts- then you have a good shot
Also: how do you qualify for states with 4:50/10:30? Where I live it's 4:30/ 9:50.
Thanks, yeah none of them felt that hard. My last one was 64 and I felt like I could've done a few more.
Last year we could qualify with a 5:10/11:10 and 10:10 wins states...I live in a fat people football state lol.

I run about 4:04 usually when I run it.
2-3 mins is a lot of rest for 5x400. Were you really going to the well the last 2? I would guess 4:50 is possible, but hard to say. The volume of the workout is not indicative of 10:30 to me.
No, never really felt that hard. The last one was was 64 and still felt comfortable. I have also done 3x800 with the same rest averaging 2:30 and 6x200 in 30 seconds or under.
