RHR went from less than 45bpm to 55-60. I crosstrained a lot for the first 8-10 weeks but had to stop from knee tendinitis.
How quickly can I get back to that kind of RHR and overall running fitness. I went from 108lbs to 114/115. 5'6".
As a freshie only had been training consistently for 6months before that break (at low mileage like 25/30-35), I'm newish to running. Started late summer for XC.
I have 6/7 weeks to get into decent shape and healthy before starting summer XC training.
I'm still dealing with knee issues but I'm okay with crosstraining hard if the knee doesn't get better soon. How much should I be training each day if I run/bike/swim?
