I am planning a November marathon and am currently running 30-35 miles per week with a long run of 11. Until I get into a marathon plan (not sure which one but leaning to Pfitz 18/55) should I keep my long run around 11 and work on getting my other weekly mileage up or should I also keep pushing the long run as well? I have about 11 weeks before I would start a training plan. Lately I have been increasing my weekly mileage by about 10 % and then staying there for 2-3 weeks before increasing again.
