What I need to know is that I started running preparing for a police run test. I never ran before so started running 3 days ago. I been running on a treadmill at my gym. The test is in 8 weeks. Do I have a enough time to prepare.

You'd need at least two years on letsrun before you can run a 13:50 minutes 5k.

Reread what you wrote. Please understand how difficult it is to figure out what you are trying to say. Now, tell us what your goal time is and what the distance is. The next step is to tell us your current fitness level. Please do so more literately than your first message.

What police force are you trying to join? You should be disqualified for producing that train wreck of a sentence.
How far do you have to run in that time? I can't picture a lot of cops i've seen being able to get far. If you are young and not currently out of shape then 2 miles in 13.5 min shouldn't be too hard. If not you should at least be able to hit 1.75 miles.

8 weeks is definitely enough time to get faster. If it's fast enough depends on how fit or generally athletic you are now, and what the test is. What's the distance and time requirement?

I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
