I'm 15, all rounded runner for all events from the 100 to the 5,000m, but this track season I want to focus on the 800 and 1,500. I have run a 2:19 in my first meet. I want to run at least 2:15, hopefully 2:12 by the end of the season. How much mileage per week should I be doing? My training and PB are below:
100: 12.6
200: 27.3
800: 2:19
2,000: 6:54
5,000: 19:08
I train two speed/long reps sessions on track per week for my speed / speed endurance. How much easy mileage should I be running per week? Thank you!
