I was training for a half since the fall. It's been going pretty well. I have a small non cancerous tumor on my leg that has irritated the muscle around it. Im hoping it's a minor thing and I'll be back to 100% after a week off.
The race is in 2 weeks on Sunday, may 7th
Monday Injury. Limped home after a mile
Tuesday 45 minutes elliptical
Wednesday 45 minutes elliptical
Thursday 20 minutes rowing 20 minutes elliptical
Friday 1 hour swimming
Saturday: Today
2 weeks until race
Im hoping I'll be 100% in a few more days, but im trying to be patient. Maybe ill give it another week. By that point, it'll be time to start tapering, anyway, so workouts are pretty much shot by this point. Any advice. Any way that I should be structuring my cross training?
