What you say makes sense. In fact he found that out didn't he! Running fifty miles a day is not something he succeeded in doing and switched to a method of getting across America that he can do bicycle.
He stated that publicly himself, he was not exposed. So why you keep on stating the obvious when it is already known makes no sense.
You have said nothing here that has not been said by him first and others after many many times. Do you have anything new to add? No you do not. This whole subject is like watching a mouse on a wheel it just goes round and round and nothing different ever happens. Boring.
Come on! You boast you are going to run 50 miles a day for weeks, yet do NO long distance training at all.
Would anyone seriously do that?
He knew he had absolutely no chance. He never got further than 25 miles!
No-one would underestimate an undertaking like that to the point they couldn't even do half a day of the boasted mileage.
It's obvious to everyone he was always planning on faking the entire thing!
Imagine I boasted to the world I was going to swim the Channel and back. I got loads of tv exposure, sponsors, free stuff, etc. Then I got in the sea, did a few strokes and gave up. You'd be a bit suspicious, right?
Then if you saw me down the local pool struggling to swim one length, you'd know I'd been scamming, right?
Well that's Darren for you! He just never expected US to be on his back.
He thought he could fake the whole thing as a run, and get credit for that.
He was never injured. And now says he's no longer injured anyway, so why isn't he now doing his 50 miles a day RUNNING??
You know, like it says on that huge RV he scammed for free??
